Ceramic mosaic dados covering the walls and sessile columns of the inner, east side of the Sala de los Reyes.  Colours are white, black, honey-brown, blue and turquoise-green. Colours are variably applied, although consistently in any one panel. Dados are extensively damaged near the floor level.
 
Geometry
 
 
-  The symmetry group of the tiling is *442 (p4m).
 -  All the internal angles of the constituent polygons are a multiple of 22.5°.
 -  Contains two regular two-pointed star polygons with vertex angle of 45°.
 -  Contains one regular octagon.
 -  Contains one regular four-pointed star polygon with vertex angle of 45°.
 -  There are three non-regular reflective tiles (including one dart).
 -  The tiling satisfies the interlace condition and has no finite interlace and  two infinite interlaces with straight cross-overs.
 -  The tiling is edge-to-edge.
 -  As drawn, contains about 241 polygons.
